HI Elizabeth! I hope you are well. Some of my favorite multi use foods to bring on a multi day hike or canoe/kayak trip would be the following: salami, generally I use this on wraps with laughing cow cheese triangles, the cheese acts like a nice spread on the wrap so it’s not dry. I use the same technique with prosciutto. I also like to bring Kielbasa and cheese and crackers for a lunch, granola bars, nuts, seeds, dehydrated apple slices are very nice with oatmeal. I like to bring egg noodle, nesting noodels pasta and some pesto with dehydrated mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts. Camp pizza is very good using pita bread, pesto or dehydrated sauce and dehydrated vegetables, even pepperoni sticks to slice up as a topping, dehydrated peppers, some crumbled bacon, I just cook regular bacon and bring it already cooked. Those are just a few of my easy go to’s. Let me know if you need more or visit my camper Christina cooks channel on youtube. Cheers!
