My favorite would have to be toppings for pizza. I dehydrate artichoke hearts (from a jar marninated) tomatoes, mushrooms and also bring bacon (precooked). I bring a bit of pesto and a pita and some mozarella cheese and easy peasy, backcountry pizza. Another favorite to dehydrate is strawberries and apples which I use for oatmeal. I dont know if there is a full entire meal I dehydrate, but do more mix and matching for my meals. For example, I dehydrate spaghetti sauce and bring spaghetti which is already dehydrated. Hope this helps. 🙂 Â
